Catharine Amelia Niehaus passed away on May 26, 2000, twenty years ago today. She was 86 years old. Known for her perfect white hair, she was a social butterfly who loved going out to eat and scotch on the rocks with a little glass of water on the side. Born a Niehaus, she married Peter W. Herzog and with him raised five children. After his death she married Algernon O'Brien. She was always proud to announce that she had 18 grandchildren and added the great grandchild number as it grew. Rest in Peace.
